N9 Gearing with YS120

Ok, I passed out and woke up and have a new YS 120 and Hatori 23 sitting in my lap.

Do I have to re-gear my N-9 with a different pinion gear an main gear for the 120?

Why don't you try stock gearing and set your gov at target HS.
