Center my tail?

Hi All,

I've got a couple more things to do before I can fly the Logo. One of these is to center the tail. Apparently, on the tail shaft when the tx stick is centered (left/right), the slider is not centered on the tail.

1. What's the process to get this centered?
2. Should the tail pitch be zero when centered?
