Hi there.
What band is your radio on at the moment then? If it is "Europe", you can just purchase another module that has 35Mhz if that is available to use in your country. (or 36/40Mhz if that is legal where you are) What frequency are you on now that causes you problems?
If you have a radio purchased in either USA or Asia, you will have to re-program the 14MZ.
I think you will have to ask your local importer or Robbe if they have the knowledge/utility to change the frequency band. The original 14MZ Calibration Utility did not have the function when that software was available on different forums last year.
I think the Calibration-Utility for the Futaba FX-40 has that function to change the band, but I do not know if it works on the 14MZ and I think you can really mess up your radio if it does not work.

Hi George.
Ok, so you need to change the frequency-band from 40Mhz to 36Mhz.
You say you already have the new Module for 36Mhz, so what happens when you put it in and start the 14MZ? Does it not work? Do you get an error-message?
Here in Norway both 35Mhz and 40Mhz are legal bands to use for RC-airplanes/heli, and I can use a module for each band in my 14MZ that is branded for Europe.
If you radio is branded for Europe, it should really not be any problems.
Robbe in Austria (www.robbe.com) will probably be a good point to start if you need to have the radio serviced.

you need to hack into the module and change the code
