Many thanks to Chris Bergen and Gary Travis who transported my wounded aircraft back with him for small repairs after the demo failure in Vegas.

She is back up and being tracked and tuned and will be sporting a nice canopy from Malorie soon - Going red and orange this time

I know she will...that ship was really tearing it up in Vegas! Loved the smell!

Oh, I'm so jealous :bomb: My gear box is with Chris waiting for parts. I bought a used one and it has a problem that Chris is fixing. I'd have loved to fire it up this weekend after spending weeks checking out batteries, going through the machine and locating the elusive PowerMax trigger. I'm ready to get the excitement of firing up that turbine for first time (of course with Chris and Greg's help) and seeing it lift off. I guess I'll just have to wait a bit longer :arggg: The best thing I can count on is that virgin flight in the near future

It took me a week to get the smile off my face when I first took mine out to the field and flew around.

The sound and the smell and the power - the sound of those 810's ....

I'm getting goosebumps
