lipo battery for raptor

Hi, anyone using lipo battery for servo instead of the NICD and NIMH ? What is the mininum Capacity for the lipo on 2S or 3S.

This is more of an electrical question. The answer to what is: The minimum is how much are you going to use? How many flights do you want out of it?

Many folks use an 2S-1800 pack. You will need a voltage regulator.

I use the Align 7.4v 1100mAh with 3amp. bec from Align also. works great. Don't have to recharge that often.
