What kind of dremel work has anyone done to fit this engine (OS37hring) into an older shuttle zx? I had to cut a portion of the right frame to accept the carbs needle adjuster, on the left I had to make a small adjustment for the exhaust fasteners. Also I'll have to do something to extend the throttle as it now lives "internally" in the chopper. Does this sound like anything anyone has had to do??????
Thanks,
Keith

I had to cut the frame for the needle to fit. The throttle was ok on mine it was long enough with the stock servo arm screwed on (arm sits flush with the frame and the ball sticks out over). I had no probs with the exhaust mounting bolts

Thanks for the input Mark, I thought for a minute I was going to compromise the integrity of the frame. I've been told this is a great replacement engine for a shuttle.....I wasn't told however about the mods I'd be making to fit it in.
Thanks Again,
Keith
