Has anyone tried the E Sky Belt CP Carbon Edition? I was thinking of picking one up and putting my Blade Electronics on it. (Gyro, AR6100 CCPM Servos, Battery & whatever).
Is this thing any good, or is it not worth the trouble?

The plastic version of the Esky is rubbish. But the Carbon Edition is ok. I heard there problems with the head though, not sure. Some people have had good experiences with them. Personally, I would go for a Trex 450. Only because they have parts support everywhere and its a proven product.
But hey, if you got money and want to experiment go for the Esky carbon and let everyone else know how it is. Its good to have some competition.

You Blade gear won't work on a Belt CP. That is a bigger heli the size of a TRex. It requires beefier servos, stronger brushless motor, a 2200mah lipo, high capacity esc, etc.

Thanks Gino... I didn't realize that. I have a buddy with a Honeybee King, and thought it looked like it was right around the size of the Blade.
F1Atom... I actually already have a 450SE (V1), but I was looking for a way to get another collective tail heli without spending too much. I figured I could scavange the Blade to save money. Really there's nothing wrong with my Blade, and I should just enjoy it.

The 450 SE is a very good heli. It will definitely be my next heli. A Belt CP is a step backwards. More so a King 2. I suggest working with the TRex or do better.
