My local hobby store gave me a safety sheet with regard to charging. They recommend charging the Align 11.1 2100 at 0.5. It's taking ages to charge all of my batteries. Is it safe to charge at 1.0. I take it the higher the charge rate the faster they will charge.

It is safe to charge lipos at 1C. C being equal to the pack capacity. So for a 2100 pack you can charge at 2.1 amps.

ONLY charge lipos with a lipo charger, do NOT charge them with a NiCd/NiMH charger unless you want to burn down your house/shop.
