Just getting my ducks in a row for later when it gets here. Anybody using Gens Ace batts or something like them? I dont need 'top of the line' batts in 12s just yet.

I have a set of Gens Ace 5300mAh, they fit fine, but are a bit heavy. I wouldn't hesitate to try the 4000s.

Also considering a set of the Pulse 65C 5000s for an upcoming X7 build, they are lighter than the Gens Ace 5300s and are getting great reviews. Are a bit pricey though, $160 each.

I'm using Hyperion 12s 4500 and they let me fly, with my flight style for 6 minutes.
As for Pulse, I've tried them and a few buddies have also, all got lots of puffing within 15 cycles. I'm still using them but hate the looks of it.

Gens Ace 4000 or 5300 should do well for you. Love my 4000s.

Would touch pulse batts with a 65ft pole haha or any other battery other than gens ace. Had them all always came back to genny
No need to go anywhere else but it's up to you ....too puff or not to puff?
