Just wondering if Chris and the gang are making the trip? I'm still pondering whether to go or not, the guys I went with last year are all bagging out... :(

We are seriously contemplating it. Greg and Mal already have plans to leave here on Thursday I beleive, I however may have to wait for my young'uns to get out of school on friday.....

Well now I'm thinking since the guys I was going to go with bagged out, I don't need to take my pickup truck = gas guzzler. I can drive my 1983 Benz with 32mpg instead and fit one heli in the trunk and the other in the back seat. Then I will drive to my firend's house in CT on Wednesday night and take 165 miles out of the trip. Do the rest on Thursday AM and get there in the afternoon, find a place to stay and be ready to go fly Friday AM.
Fly Friday and Saturday and then after the dinner BBQ at the field head back to CT, maybe get there by 1am or so, sleep over my friend's place and do the last 165 miles on Sunday.
So looks like if you come Chris then I'll see you on Saturday! I'm leaving my plan open and watching the weather as if its going to rain then I'm not going 440 miles to sit in a tent on the field! :arggg:

Been working on it, so I'm gaining confidence in it. I'm sure I'll bust it out at some point next weekend. ;)
