What version of RealFlight are you using? Do you see the regular Dominion 3D 90 helicopter in the list?
Most often the problem is that the user just doesn't know where to look for the aircraft in the selection dialog... If you are using the most recent version of RealFlight you will see a small dropdown box near the bottom left of the Aircraft Selection Dialog. If you select Product | Airframe | Aircraft you will need to look in the Custom Aircraft folder near the top of the tree view. If you select Airframe | Aircraft it should be in the Dominion folder.
Other times the user hasn't even got the helicopter update, so they don't have helicopters at all... If this is the case, you should use the online updates mechanism to update to the most recent version of the software.
