what is the overall best pipe for an O.S. .61??

If you can find one. I will suggest the Hatori SB 15. It worked really well on 60 size motors.

What is the difference between SB 15 and SB 10?

The SB 15 has nearly twice the volume of an SB 10. The SB 15 was originally designed for an the YS 80. Pilots started using it on the 60 sized engines and found out the engines ran much better with more power. Back before the 80/90 sized engines. The idea was to try and keep the muffler nice and compact. To keep the weight down and the C/G of the model correct. But once the larger displacement engines became available, had to go to larger volume mufflers. Tried them on 60 sizes and found they worked even better on them. Look at SB 10 and 15 and you will see the difference. The 10 looks really small when looking at it compared to the 15.
