im about to have some serious "shed time" today and build my razor.
question i have is i have a brand new dx7 sitting there and a 14mz with a g 3 reciver, i currently use my 14mz but was thinking i might use the dx7 due to the lesser chance of a glitch being an electric model

i will also be useing a reg and servos on 6v

anyone got any history with this set up or some advice ?

im just worried about useing a g3 reciver on a carbon framed electric model

thanks Dale

I've run G3 Rx's with Revolution base loaded antennas in both my Ion-X's with no problems for 3 seasons now.

Currently using a DX7 in my T-Rex 600 and several 90 nitro helis. The only reason the Spektrum stuff isn't in the Ion's yet is because I use several 14mz features on those helis (delay on the throttle channel etc) - as soon as the 14mz module is available the Ions will have AR7000's or AR9000's too.

Hey Dale

I have reg's in my Ion, Razor and E Rappy with JR 77S rx and CC esc's. NO glitching issues at all

Dale,

I'd use the DX7. This has been glitch-free for over 6 months now. Maybe get the DX modules later when they come out.

Cheers,

Dx7 on the razor down here. I hate long antenna and now there is no reason to have one. I run a Align 6 amp reg on it and so far its great
