Throttle and collective?

Hi

As a CX2 flyer I was just wondering how you pros are controlling throttle and collective. Is it being mixed togehter in the TX?

I guess that collective responds much quicker than just throttle.

Yes they respond much quicker.

They are mixed together by any radio with helicopter software, its what you hear termed Pitch Curves and Throttle Curves. These adjustments allow you to set different flight modes with a different relationship between the pitch and throttle servo and stick position for each flight mode.
