Went down to Moab on a climbing trip and had plans to fly the heli around a bunch. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I didn't have any time, and only got one short flight in.
Here's some footage from that flight. Flying stock Trex 600, Askman 360, Pany SD1, no cameraman. And I'm a newb pilot.;) My name ain't DJ.;)
Low Bitrate (4k) WMV HD. 23mb.

Great video again, Piton!
Did you use a wide angle convertor and if yes, which one?
(I am still looking for a good wide convertor for my Canon HV20)

How much weight are you carrying? And how much more can you handle?
Do you feel you could add an video downlink system and handle the weight?

Just under 4 pounds about????? Haven't weighed it.
Downlink is already on, just not being utilized at the moment.
How much more weight could it carry? Probably not much.
I think commen consensus from those with far more experience than I have said 4 pounds is about it.
