Thunder Power Customer Service is Great!

I had a 6s battery that was not fully charging after ~35 cycles. Sent it back to Thunder Power and they sent me a new one in exchange. NICE!

I too had good customer service from them.
The white balance lead pulled loose on 3 2100 3s packs.
Sent 2 back to them and they repaired them at no charge.
