Yep, those JIS screws and non nyloc nuts are annoying. I'm building one right now, thats for the source.
http://www.RTLFasteners.com has lots of that stuff too.

I just ordered a whole lot of 40 mm stainless steel socket head screws and nylock nuts from a mob on Ebay. I just cut them to any size I want. They look good on the heli as well. Very cheap as well.
