I am seeking a sim for my father's Day gift this year. I was under the impression that FSone was a decent sim to get, however I don't see much talk about it here. I fly a Trex 450 and occasionaly an old Blade CP when weather outside won't permit my rex. Any suggestions on what sim to go with???

Without knowing your budget...
I really like Phoenix. Bear in mind I am the support person for the Phoenix forum so, I have a bias.
I've flow RealFlight G3.x and FSOne at my LHS. Of those two, I would pick Realflight.
I've never tried Reflex XTR.
If your budget is tight, Clearview is not too bad but, you will not be happy with it until you get a USB connetion cable for your radio. That means an extra $35(US) or so for the cable.

Thx for the insight. I looked up Phoenix and clicked the "where to buy" and it sent me to the Great Planes website. Instead of the Phoenix sim it linked to the Real Flight sim. I am purchasing CV to hold me over, but I would like to get a better look at phoenix and RF for the future.

As far as I know, Tower hobbies is the US dealer. You can get it from this (http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXPNM8&P=ML) link.

Although many people have found it to be faster to order from the UK. :)
