Hummingbird upgrades question

Hey all...THanks for letting me become a member. I'm a newbie to heli's, fly a hummingbird v3 that I've upgraded with an Eflite 370 brushless, pheonix10 esc and 11.4 Li-po battery.......

TO make a long problem seem short...is there a geared tail upgrade available for the hummingbird? THanks, Hawk

Is your hummingbird a fixed or collective pitch heli? I have never heard of any geared tail upgrade. You would have to pretty much make an entire new tail rotor for it, and of course the pitch control for the tail. Century does have on the way a new 3d hummingbird pro. You could get just the arf kit and put your park 370 motor in it i would think.

There is no upgrade for the V3 or any other hummers yet. I havent heard of a conversion kit yet, but that would suprise me if they did in the future. I ordered the 3D Hummer. Will let you know how it is later on, not due out until late January.

THanks again GUys...I just pre-ordered the Hummingbird 3-D ARF so I'm sure I'll be needing ALOT more advice when it finally ships.
