Thats gonna take some beating - no, wait, I'm sure someone must have a Predator Gasser they can fire up in their lounge. Maybe during a family gathering like Christmas, so the kids and grandparents can sit around the room watching.
Do you think he had enough room to try a stationary flip - that would be good!

LOL, I meant it. Plain and simple. That video has been around a long time, and showcases the most irresponsible, lack of judgement ever. I have a hard time understanding why anyone would attempt that unless they were missing plain common sense. The video appears to be someones little home party, in which case they may have been intoxicated which would explain the momentary lapse in brain activity, and also increases the risks.
Just dumb dumb dumb.

Maybe he should have used the turbine then - alot cleaner, along with stripping the walls for a re-decorate :p
But other than that it is one stable setup and/or a very good pilot to keep it that controlled in a small space

regardless of skill, nobody should do that. The best pilot in the world might be able to do tic-tocs and flips in his living room with that heli, and maybe death spirals down his stairs, but everyone dumb-thumbs once in a while. ESPECIALLY with people watching

I'm sorry, I think that video is a scream :WOW Laugh every time I see it. Yeah, it was as dumb as you can get, but so is the movie jackass, and I laugh everytime I see it. I give them some credit for having some big balls. Just the loud sound alone would have gotten me runnning, even if I did not know the real danger. Would like to see one of the boys from Jackass take a hit in the arm from a T-rex 450 so we can see what really happens. Why not, they do all other crazy stuff. Crazy show.

You don't even need dumb thumbs. Mechanical failure would do it. Helis break when you least want them to! He was betting the lives of himself and his buddies on that heli staying in one piece.

A friend loses a arm while trying to run away from a rc heli inside his house.
Some people will do anything to put it on the internet, I try to be safe when I video, sometimes with planes i get close to people but not with a heli.
I told my gf I am going to build a 1 inch thick plexiglass box to stand inside of while i fly my heli
