Photoshop Elements 4.0 MAC

Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 for MAC.
Original disc and license key- never installed.
Came with a piece of hardware that I purchased.
Is it worth $50 to you? It's $70 on Amazon, at least $60 on Ebay, but you don't get a manual from me.
