Anyone know if it will work and/or is able to utilize an HD widescreen monitor? In particular, a 30" 2560x1600.

Thanks

The max resolution at this time is approx 1900 x 1200 which is what I run on a 24 inch widescreen. System setup > Set resolution as high as you can choose and also select the full screen button. It should look great.

Ahh. Too bad. :? Typical though I guess. Hopefully it won't look too pixelated or blurry since it is an LCD...

Can't wait to try though... should be getting it today or tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply.

BTW, I have a Trex under construction as well. Just got it yesterday: Trex 450S CF stock (no upgrades). Got the S9650 and struggling with best mounting method.... Don't like the way it sticks out to the side. Any way to mount it _under_ the boom?

If you reverse the mounts you can get it on the other side of the boom .... keeping it safer from blade strikes.

I got my 3400G directly under the boom. My LHS had a Align kit/pack (Align P/N AGNH1136B, Tail Linkage Rod Set, Black, #HS1017T-00) of 2 carbon rods for the older SE with 2 ball link ends, 2 short threaded rods, and 2 z bend ends for $4.99.

This carbon rod, using both short threaded rods, and both ball link ends is exactly the same length as the long stock V2 metal tail rod with ball link ends.

It is so much stiffer that the 2 plastic rod guides and the boom support guide are not needed.

Now that's what I'm talking about. I will have to see if I can get a hold of a set of those. Is the 3400G any smaller then the 9650?

Thanks again.

The 3400G is smaller than the 9650. Get the JR micro servo 4 spoke arms (2 per pack) and it works better than the larger arms that come with the servo.

Well, I finally got a chance to try it on the big monitor. As it turns out it actually does support the full 2560x1600 resolution. Looks awesome and runs smooth.
