I have a lipo alarm set at 10.1 volts and while someone else was flying my heli and doing mild 3d, i noticed in less than 2 minutes my lipo alarm was buzzing but it would stop buzzing when it came to a hover using my TP 15c 2100mah lipos. I dont think it does that with my newer 20c hextroic batteries 2200mah lipos. Does that mean my TP batteries are getting old and dont hold the voltage anymore?

i think it has to do with the 15c rating. im a noob tho, so i might be off with that guess.

Your pulling voltage out faster than the battery can keep up so it's voltage dips and when you back off it recovers. The 15C rating is definityl the culprit as txflyer said. You want 20C and 25C would be even better. 30C is coming .... so they say.

Ok, so what will happen if i continue to use this battery? Will it explode? I thought Thunder Power batteried were supposed to be good. My hextronic 20c batteries dont have this problem and they cost cheaper.

You are comparing a 15C TP battery to a Hextronic 20C. That's like comparing your Hextronic 20C to a Flight Power 25C! Hextronics are good batts!!
I am sure the burst rates are also quite different between the two batteries.
I'd suggest warming up with the TP and then doing the majority of 3dz with the Hextronic. You might consider saving the TP for a future plank and getting another battery. I'm considering not using the new Align battery that came with my V2 and saving it for a plank just because I've read that many have puffed them. I bought a TP 2070 extreme for the V2 and am going to get a Flight Power Evo 25 next.
You can never have too much power!

You said that it dis this when someone else was flying the bird. I assume that you are not up to 3D yet in your skill set?? If so, like me 4 of my 6 batteries are 15c and I think they will be fine till the time my skill comes up to needing more than they can put out.
