Hey Bob, I just got to view the video of the JR servo wheels. FYI, Those wheels do come with some JR servos. I know they come with the 8611s, that is why he had a bunch laying around (he uses only metal arms now days).
Looks like a nice fix for us guys that don't like to drill new holes :). I am look forward to the flight reports! Thanks again for your hard work and research for us heli nuts!. :).

Smity777... man I owe ya one bud.... That was a god send in solving the JR servo problem! Futaba and Hitech servos should be fine since they come with large wheels...
Anyway I THANK YOU for taking the time to send me those free of charge to help others setting up this heli with JR servos! The folks that get these and follow my video should give you a big thanks as without them I could not show others how easy it was with these!
You are a HELI FREAK :)

Hmm OK I think I understand without the Для
Your English is better than my translated Russian from a book :(
I find that us in the US are очень плохо at other languages unlike most in other countries that know MANY languages.... We are not taught well of other languages..... That's my excuse ;)
I fixed the link to the video! Try again Piranha

So others can read:
Let me know what you think of the last video. I think I show how to set up the head correctly. Has anyone setup this way yet? If so please share what you think.
Thanks,
Bob

Bob, I think that last two videos are extremely helpful cause GAUI made a mistake in their links and head pre-setup !!! Also I would Thank You for the wrench tip!!!!!
Another thing-if you don't have Raptor bladegrip link rods you can just take M2 long enough bolt, cut the head off and use it instead of link rod:)

Piranha, i cant wait to see how you mount the A123 cells. I tried and gave up, too hard to get the heli to balance.

75grams a cell is what i allow for a A123 pack then its a matter of how many cells you want to carry. I tried 6s packs but couldnt get the heli to balance close to the cog. The biggest pack i could mount happily was a 2500mah enerland pack (FP, Hyperion etc). The battery mounting options on this machine are very limited and that is why i will shrink mine down to 470 blades with the smaller boom and belt, that will allow my 2170 FP packs to cope better.
