Any update on Gasser availability? It seemed very soon when I talked to you in Toledo but not yet? Eagerly waiting. Thanks.

They made an announcement in the gasser forum on rumpryder. Seems they have received all the parts last firday and will be packaging and shipping them this week. :)

Make sure to BO if you want one. back orders are getting filled first !!!
Not sure how many they got but back orders are getting first dibbs

Interesting. I drove all the way down to the headquarters in the Bay Area a couple of months ago and they said they were taking no pre-orders. :dontknow

: Century Returns policy stands :

For all returns, you must call us for a
Return Merchandising Authorization
number ( RMA# ) no returns will be accepted
without it. THE RETURN MUST BE
POSTMARKED 7 DAYS FROM CALLING IN FOR
THE RMA # IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED.
call us at (000) 000-0000

When calling in have the following
information ready : purchasers name,
customer number,invoice number, part
number and the nature of the problem.

All returns must be submitted within seven
days of receipt. All returns
submitted after seven days of receipt will
be charged a { 15-40% } restocking
fee depending upon inspection of received
merchandise.

No return will be accepted if it has been
over 30 days from purchase.

All returns must be accompanied with a copy
of the original invoice with RMA
number; you must also put the { RMA number
on outside of the package }.

All packages should be inspected before
delivery. All claims for damaged
goods must be made with carrier within 3
days of receipt.

All electrical items, software, special
orders, training videos, magazines
are not returnable for credit, exchange,
or refunds.

All transportation and insurance charges
must be prepaid.

All returns for store credit must be in
sellable condition, have original
packaging materials, manuals, and accessories
provided by the manufacturer.

All defective items must be processed through
the manufacturer or distributor of the item.

If you're a Century customer contact
Century's main office in the
United States (000-000-0000) for any returns
or problems with your order.

Helicopter World { reserves the right to change
terms and conditions of sale at any time} .

If any order is returned that has received
free shipping, { customer is
responsible for the freight amount }.

We receive a lot of e-mail so in order for
us to remember where we left off
with a reply, leave the entire e-mail
trail of responses if you are replying back

Just got off the phone with Century and they are now taking orders for the Condor NX. They have some kits but are still waiting for parts such as the tail booms and it might be a few weeks before shipping. Sounds like movement in the right direction! :thumbup:
