Thanks guys! It's the new Fusuno canopy, and of course they came out with another one I like more right after I got this one lol! The gear is a Revco gear I got when I bought the heli used. It's never had an issue in 2 years so I'm gonna stick with it. Plenty strong for the 2200rpm HS I run. I also have the front Revco, but I chose to use the OK gears to better match the HS I wanted. The Revco will be my spare if I ever need it.

As for the 700, it doesn't even fly yet but I love it already! It's gonna be a few months 'til I get everything I need, but this will be a sweet bird! I'm thinking Torq servos all around at 7.4V, OS 91, Quark, and a new 9303 and 7100R! Might go with a MultGov though, and can't forget about the Switchglo Pro! It'll probably be around next Christmas when I get all that, but damn this thing will be awesome!

Have you bought the 700 new ?
If yes, how much did you left for that kit, because 700LE looks very sweet ant almost everything you need and quite cheaper, than to buy separate.

Sorry man, I bought it used from a good friend. It's got tons of upgrades already and he threw in the blades. I can't say the price, but it was an awesome deal! It's not the LE, but it has all of the upgrades, except for the silver head. The LE kit is nice, but I don't think I would use the electronics that come with it. There's nothing wrong with them, but I just have my own preferences when it comes to the electronics.

@Scorp-The vertical fin is the Align 600 2mm CF fin. I extended one of the screw holes to fit the 550. The horizontal fin I made myself . I wanted to match the shape of the canopy better and it turned out great!

here are some snaps of my 550 all dressed up. I got me some Krylon glossy rattle cans at Wal-Mart the other day and whent to town. The blades turned out pretty bad ass, and they are nice and bright. the clear really makes em pop. There are some minor blemishes here and there on the canopy, and I used waaaay too much paint, so it will take a while to cure all the way, Ive allready put permanenet fingerprints on it /banghead/ . Oh well, it was a fun first try and I think it turned out pretty good.
