Why is my motor chattering...

Whats up guys, ive had this little guy flying for a while now without a problem. One day, the motor decided to chatter (click back and forth real fast). The solders are basically perfect, I don't know what the problem is. When i try to spin it up, it spins about a half of a chattery rotation and just wont start up. Any ideas? Thanks guys

If the connections are solid, your esc is bad.

Ive tryed 3 different esc's though. A redbrick one, a 25A hobbyking one, and an align one. They all chatter!

Then most certainly the solder connections within the motor are bad. :(

awe man.. i guess ill try to open the motor and look at it.
