A week or so I had a mishap on landing and the blades on my Hurricane 550 snapped, well one did anyway. The landing mishap also resulted in a bent flybar, so I ordered the new parts asap. I've mounted the flybar and blades but I keep getting vibration on the rotor-head. I checked all the links and ran the heli without the blades to see if maybe I had a bent main shaft but no it isn't bent. Here's my question: can the flybar control arms cause any vibrations in the rotor head? The reason I ask is cause I don't think they're level and yes I have tried just about everything that comes to mind. Any ideas will be appreciated. :?: :?:

Have you checked the main spindle shaft? If you busted a blade, you may have bent this. Insert a hex driver into the bolt holding either of the main grips on. If the spindle shaft is bent you will see/feel the grip move as you rotate the shaft in the head.

Just a thought.

change that mainshft and check main brngs, also replace spindle, replace dampers ,and then level control arms.
