What are the pots mean?

What is your stock pots setting?
My setting is as follows:
- Elev/Aile Ext at 10:30 o'clock
- Elev sens at 12 o'clock
- Aile sens at 12 o'clock

But, according to Tom Z on other forum, his setting is:
- Elev/Aile Ext at 12 o'clock
- Elev sens at 12 o'clock
- Aile sens at 10:30 o'clock

I try to change the setting, don't feel any difference.

What is actually Elev/Aile Ext use for?

That is used to control the amount of servo throw. You can also control this using travel adjust and/or dual rates in your radio.

My gyro pots are at 10:00-10:30ish and Ext pot is at 12:00 (default).

Mine are, from left to right, 12, 12, 1 o'clock, in 3 axis mode. Smooth as silk.
