500t with a rd8000 setup

i am haveing a problem tuning in my 500t on my r30. it always wants to walk one way or the other. cant get it to stay locked. any help will be greatful. :arggg:

After completing the above and the servo still creeps, you can use your sub trim function for rudder to stop the creep. Make sure to reset (turn off and back on) the system to insure the change has been "recorded" after a sub trim change. Unlike most HH gyros, you can sub trim the JR 500T, just don't make it a habit of doing it with trim tabs, use the sub trim function as that will trim in all modes at the same time.

thanks i'll make sure all is centered and try it again. can a heli get out of center with normal flight?

actually i just checked it out and it says its a setup for a jr radio. is it the same for an airtronics?

It's the same. Don't know what your max ATV's are (ex. 100% to 150%), but use them for rudder ATV. All else should adjust the same.

im new to this. can you tell me what atv'a are. my radio doesnt say anything like that
