Muffler Instalation - Vario Skyfox

Can anyone offer any advice on the instalation of the muffler that comes in the Vario #866 engine set with Skyfox mechanics and Rossi 67 ?
How long does the teflon coupler need to be?
Easiest way to get it on, as it is so tight?

How do I mark out the postion on the inside of the fuselage ready to be drilled to take the exhaust outlet?

Hi,

I was once told that the distance from the middle of the exhaust of the engine(middle of the piston) to the first barrier inside the muffler should be about 35 cm.

I had such a situation with a once owned Vario X-treme that had it's tefloncoupler too short resulting in overheating problems.
