How are we supposed to know the correct lengths for the linkage arms when it doesnt tell us in the manual? For example, it doesn't tell the lenghts for the linkages between the aileron arms, rudder control rod. It does tell you the lengths for the 3 arms on the swash plate, but thats about it.

Yeap, there isn't a length listed in the manual for that.
Its no big deal, make sure your servo arm is straight vertical wise, as you turn out both linkages rods to the correct length they should both go onto the balls on the servo arm without pulling or pushing the servo arm, and make sure to keep both push/pull rod length equal length (important!).
Thanks.

I think this is it

Yeah, I did that part already, BobbyK. I was talking about the links that connect from the aileron arms and the rudder control arms.

The servo to crank linkage length is that necessary to have right angles with the linkages, servo arms and cranks at mid stick. The crank to swash plate linkages are long enough to set the swash at about mid travel at mid stick - the swash to mixing and washout arms are long enough to set the arms level at mid stick - the washout to blade grip lengths are set to give 0 degree pitch at mid stick - start from the servos and work up ! Check out Bob's rotor setup videos for the 450 if you are uncertain.
