Spektrum DX6 with g3.5

Hi, I've been trying to get my DX6 to work with g3.5 and can't see, to get the channels mapped right. I looked at the heliharrys post for the dx7, but with those mappings the motor won't spool up, tried flipping every switch to make sure throttle hold wasn't on but none worked.

Anyone gotten a DX6 to work with helicopters? any help is greatly appreciated.

i never got it figured out. i jsut gave up and used the radio that came with rf.

well one of the posts that holds the arms that cause the spring action thingy to work in my controller broke (then i lost the piece, so i can't even try to fix it). at this point i'm figuiring on either buying another one of the RF controllers, or getting something like a JR 6102 to use (which should also work as a buddy box for my DX6).

did anyone ever figure out how to use the dx6 with the 3.5. supposidly it can be done but heck if i can figure it out

last time i messed with it i got everything to work. but i couldnt get any power from the motor. i suspected its cuz i was trying to nitro heli ( dominion 3d 90) with a 6 channel radio it or something. pitch worked everything did but the motor just wouldnt work..
