Hello Everyone,
I need help. I have a CP Pro thats about 9 months old, I learned to fly on it.
A few months ago, I thought my LiPo's were going bad, at about 3/4 power the red/green LED on the 3-in-1 reciver would go from solid green to red at about 3/4 power. I got a new balancer/charger combo, and this week a new battery. I still get the same results even with the new battery. No full power... What could be wrong? I'm still new to electric heli's.
Thanks, Rick

I am really noobish but have you checked the pitch on your blades? The red light on my 3 in 1 goes crazy if the pitch on my blades is too much.

The light is supposed to turn red. Check it out on www.bladecprepair.com

The Pitch is ok, it just does have enough to lift off before power cutback. The LED works fine, at plugging in battery, test, and gyro spin-up everything is fine, after a solid green LED and a normal power to rotors then at almost 3/4 stick (power) is when it starts to cut power, it never gets to full power. Trim tabs are at bottom. I have about 30 hours flying it, and this just started when I got it out after winter.

I installed the brushless/ESC and , I went back to the brushed motor, 2 flights with the brushless/ESC and two broken tail booms. I guess the extra weight. but I got a new 3-N-1 and reinstalled the brushed motor I had one flight on, Flys like new.

I was using a great planes 25a ESC, that may have been where the extra weight, I never checked how much, but I could tail it was more. Yea, the MM is a great little bad weather heli.
