G500T frame rate switch with S9254?

What is the correct position of the "Servo Standard/High frame rate switch" on a JR G500T gyro with a Futaba S9254 servo? Dumb question, I know, but the gyro's instructions are not clear and I found no clues on the web except a warning on raptortechnique.com that improper switch position can damage the servo!

High frame rate. You will have to use more sub trim for the Futaba servo, but it will work. At least the 9253 did.
