Hi,
I recently put a new clutch and bell with liner allready in it from TT from my raptor 50, and found today after the clutch gripped in the bell while idling that the clutch diameter was 1/2mm larger in 1 place, so the shoes were a bit open.
But I don't see any crack of any sort on the clutch shoe.
what could have caused this? could it have been the gap that was too large? clutch engaged pretty good at not to high of an rpm. did it overheat the clutch of something? I did bog the motor a few times while using to much pitch in learning stationary rolls.
Just want to prevent this problem, because it's a pain to remove the engine and/or clutchbell everytime
