DX7 display says "BACKUP ERROR" after power-on

Hi,

Just curious if someone had this problem already.

After recharging the battery and switching on the radio i get one beep and the display says "BACKUP ERROR"
No other response to keys or anything.
Shipping it to Horizon tomorrow.....Man what am i going to do the next few weeks :shock:

i had that error on my first one. returned it to horizon and got a new one. very good customer support! :)

Sounds good.
I just send it back to Horizon today. Was that error on your first transmitter "out of the box" or after using for a while?

Hope they can do it fast as well, my thumbs are getting itchy already haha
(time to crank up the old cp2 with stock tx :WOW )

I did the same as you, charged the batteries and then it was dead...
