I have run 5 cycles with the Kokam 30 C 2100 mah on my T-rex SE now. It runs very cold, much colder than my Flightpower which gets rather warm, but I don't know how much power it has yet. I am still breaking in the battery
I test with my friend a 4s 3200 and 4s 4000 on lepton.
I notice that they are much colder than FP, but the Head speed with FP is much regular than Kokam.
What you think about that ?

That seems that they can't deliver the amp's. If that is so it is kind of a false declaration! My 2100 mah should be able to deliver 63 ah continious which is much more than a t-rex ever uses. I think I will talk with my hobby dealer if that will be a problem. Maybe you should do the same? Kokam is a high "brand" battery where you should get bonus for the ekstra money spend.
According to me, there are amps ( more than FP ), but when your power consuption is very much, it loose much volts.
Next time I test with micropower E-logger.

Ok. I hope you will share your results here. I use the Jazz 40-6-18 ESC with a good govornor mode, which should compensate for reduce in voltage, and for changes in pitch.

Hey,
I am still in the early stages of testing the new 4000mah Kokams in my Century Swift, but first impressions are very good.
I am still only on the 3~4th cycle and so the packs will only start coming alive within the next cycle or two so that will be a good test.
So far power is equal or above previously tried packs, used to fly FP then moved to Over-Tec Poly PRO 30C LiPo which perform flawlessly I might add.
Now just making the change to all Kokam 30C from the Poly PRO's.
I have tried a smaller 1800mah Kokam in my RCer Dragonus and can report that one rocks as well, good power and the head speed is certainly higher than before to.
The other bonus, like as has been mentioned here is the packs temperatures eg. much cooler than before which will then transfer into longer life spans.
Which being a Kokam cell will last a lot long than some other makes.
