well i've seen all this talk about the GV-1 and its a great gov, but what about those of use who either dont want to or cant afford the GV-1. how good are these two and which one is better?

There's also the Multigov... it may be a little more expensive than the TJP and Revmax, but its $50 cheaper than the GV-1 :D

i have a GV-1 right now on my 600N but i think that the next Gov i get will be a MultiGov.... Very lightweight and compact since the screen is detachable... and can be run as a rev limiter or full governor and is digital servo compatible. $109.00 at ReadyHeli.com

The M/A Govenors work very well

The TJPro is pretty fussy regarding engine tuning,
the throttle will hunt if you are a tad lean
(and lots of people seem to run the OS50 lean without realising it)

I feel that the RevMax gets the most from the 50,
provided you run a 100% throttle curve

I have used both, and for hard 3D i found the rev max works best for me.
