Watts per pound for helicopters?

It seems to be accepted that 100 watts per pound will result in good performance for electric airplanes. How may watts per pound should we figure for electric helicopters? Please keep in mind that not everyone can fly 3D and doesn't NEED that kind of power. How about a good number for the rest of us that just want to have a good time with a few loops and rolls thrown into our "routine"?
