Hi!

I have a problem with my R90STD.
I changed my old 90SZ-H to a brand new 90SZ-H.

Now the chopper flies well, the engine is OK, but I have
a problem since I changed the engine.

When I start a full pitch climb, the machine - especially the
tail - starts a strange shaking. (Very similar to the gyro
shaking but it is not that. (I reduced the gain down to 25%.
The gyro didn't keep the tail, but the heli shaked the tail again.))

The engine is working smooth.

Do you have any idea?

Aron

Your headspeed may be too high. Just a guess.

I'd go with "too high head speed" too... my buddy ran into a very similar problem on his R50. He was spinning the wooden blades over 2400RPM, and the bird looked like it wanted to fly apart!

Carbon-fiber blades allowed him to run such a high head speed without the wobbles, but we tamed it down a few hundred RPM regardless, and with plenty of power.
