First of all I can not get the link to work. I click it and it says "can not make sub directory, contact administrator" or something to those lines.
I am a fan of your work (vids) and was interested in audio version due to sometimes being far away from my computers and only having my portable media/music player(iPod) with me.
So if you could fix the link that would be great.

Yes it is fixed now. Had a listen like what I heard. Very good can not wait till your next installment.
It at least answered a couple questions I had about volt regs for servo/gyro systems.
My suggest for one, is one for beginners to helis, maybe about safety, pre-flight checks, or just general overview of fuel and e-helis, with some tips about helis that may or may not have been covered in your vids.

Another Helifreak Radio idea:
How about a "basic supplies" episode? For example, in a lot of your vids you mention blue/red locktite and "shoe goop" but where do we find this stuff? For the record I found all of the above at the local Home Depot...It would be helpful to know what supplies we'll eventually end-up needing (e.g. hex screwdrivers, ball-link pliers, pitch gauge, tach, lithium grease, tri-flow, etc.) and where to get them.

There is only complement-ion between more heli podcasts
If we can help in any way~

KV rating on motors.... What the heck do they mean? Why is it that one motor will be rated at 4200kv but the 4100kv in a different brand is way way bigger?
C ratings on Lipo packs and how they effect performance.
CCPM?

- News on heli topics, insider knowledge, share your heli network with us.
- Spontaneous interviews with interesting heli freaks - "Hey quick, where's my microphone!".
- Your experiences with all the different helis, pros and cons of different classes, let us have a "look over the fence".
- Flying practice, the different stages, tell your audience how they can fight frustration and why you're still fascinated in flying helis.

I want explanations of different style heads. What is negative and positive delta and what does it help/hurt. What are the advantages of some of the popular style heads? Whats are the positive/negatives of different flybar ratios, overslung/underslung flybars, mixing ratios... etc, etc, etc.

Bob, you must be really busy with all the heli things you are doing - beside all the other non relevant things you do to make a living from.
So I hardly dare to ask you whether you will continue this audio project or Podcast sometime.

I think this is an awsome idea.
How about combinding the "talk to finless live" and the pod cast idea into one, kinda like a call in talk show?
Anyway you do it, I'll definatly be listening

I also vote PODCAST so we get updates automatically.
Topics?:
* Interview Sabo & other top pilots on "What's the best way to progress every week/month, for pilots that fly 2-4 times a week." (Like I once heard an expert say only fly 2 batteries a day, then stop!)
* Gyro set up by the pros is a good one. There ARE many different ways to set them up that all seem to work pretty well.
* Maybe interview or give tips on different flying styles: Like smooth & effortless looking (Lukas Riva indoors?). Vs. Wild and crazy?
* What to practice to get ready to do a certain stunt?

liken the podcast, find its a little over my newbie head, but most of its makin sense :)
they should try do somen for the brand newbies, like an advertisiment for the hobby, or an intro.
still love it though!!

Podcasts are awesome, but a feed isn't much use if it's not feeding you anything, so in the interest of getting content in whatever form I can get it, I vote for doing the next one just like the first one, and if they start happening regularly enough, some bright folks will turn the pre-existing ones into a podcast for you and give you pointers for adding the new ones to the feed.
An intro to motors would be nice... My eyes glaze over looking at the spreadsheets, and I just zero in on kv and refine it from there based on word-of-mouth. Would like to understand more about the trade-offs involved with power, torque, pinions, blades, weight, etc.
Alternatively, instead of coming up with brand new content (that's a lot of work!), I would love it if I could just listen and get a Reader's Digest overview of the helifreak threads you found most interesting each week. Doesn't have to be more than a minute or two, just a little nod to what's going on in the forums, maybe with heads-ups on events or product releases that are coming up. It may not feel like much work, but I find lots of value in frequent "here's what's going on" nutshell summaries.
Interviews with folks are also great, and I think are easier to do on a regular basis since you don't have one brain trying to crank out new content all the time.
