My X2 has some sloop in the head. If you grab both blade grips and push one down and pull the other up it feels loose. Took it apart and everything looks good. Just wondering if anyone else has this sloop? If so anyone figure out how to fix it?

You mean between hub and main shaft?
If so, yes, I had the same... I used some green loctite (sleeve locker, same stuff you use for mounting the pinion) when re-installing the head and it worked a treat. Once dried it takes up all the slack and you have a totally solid head.
When you want to remove, just apply a little heat and it'll come straight off.

No its sloop in the feather shaft. Talked to Empire and they said the o rings wear out fast. Recommended using the canopy grommets with the thin metal washer leaving out the thick washer. Just talked to a friend that said his Blade SR which is about the same size had the same problem. He found some stiffer o rings at a auto parts store. Said it tightened the head and has not worn out

has anyone tried any trueblood dampeners? I know they make trex250 ones... would those fit?

I believe the gaui feathering shaft is 3mm while the t-rex is 2.5mm.... so no, won't work if that's the case. I also imagine it will be too small in outer diameter but since I sold my 250 I can't measure to check.
If i understand your problem correctly now then, I think you are just feeling how ridiculously soft the stock rings are.
The Gaui 200 90 hardness o-rings are cheap and harder than stock, and apparently they fit. If you can find the exact dimensions of the o-rings you could buy a bag of 50 for like $2....
