even with a better tx you still have the crappy eflite 3s pack.. honestly and i mean honestly before i made the swtich from the stock eflite radio stup to the dx6. all i wanted was the damn tail to hold for the whole pack. you can still fly with the twitchy tx. but the longer you have to fight the tail and the cyclic while you fly, the longer and hard its going to be. my pro had its moments of perfection. but a good amount of the time i wanted to throw it on the ground..i feel hh gyro, better packs, better radio. is the way to go.
but now at this point in time is awhole nother story. im going to keep my pro. strip it for parts. rx, and brushless system for my plank, and g90.. once my rex is built. im going to lay low for a month or 2 with spending money. my girl already thinks i spend more time and money on my helis then i do with her or doing things with her. then im going to build my pro the right. better packs, belt drive tail, aluminum head, and a whole new brushless system that turns it into a rocket. also the pro will have a bettery gyro, maybe a 401 but i think the 240 is smaller and lighter. plus the 240 you can remove the case, put heat shrink around and carefully cut out the holes for the pots. thus making pretty damn light.
