My wife bought me a mini titan today. (ARF kit) So I opened the box, got the manual and started paging through it. I have some questions :
1.) The manual shows you how to calculate head speed. But they base their calculations on a head speed of 2600 - 2800 rpm. And they supplied woodies. Can these woodies really do 2800 rpm ? I have a movie clip where Casey Holmes flies a stock mini titan with woodies, 3D !
2.) What is Anaerobics Retainer ? There is a little bottle in the kit marked R48 Anaerobics Retainer. Is it a glue ? What do you do with it. I have paged through the manual and I cannot find where they used this Anaerobics Retainer.

Yes, the woodies are good for 2800RPM.. and they don't fly to bad for woodies too..
Yes the Anaerobics Retainer is for retaining the bearings in the plastic, like the blade grip radial bearings etc..

If you bought the kit without motor and ESC then you are in luck  The Z-Power 450TH and castle creation phoenix 45 with Flight power EVO 20 2,500 mAH will give you a much better power system than the original one :WOW
For Gyro and servo the tandem GY401 and Futaba S9650 will be rock solid.
Now you have two choices for the bling:
Without:
You'll pay (often) the cheap plastic tail fin, tail pitch controller, tail blades and landing gear. Not to mention the main gear, main blade grips, mixing arms and main shaft which is now too soft to resist any contact between the blades and anything.
With:
You pay up front, but you get a really hyper sweet heli:
Minimum: Metal grips, metal flybar arms, metal swash plate, metal pitch controller set. Carbon fiber tail fin.
If you don't know from where to buy the bling as a decent price, here is a very good address:

Just my five cent worth (as two cents don't exist no more)

I'm running a basicly stockmachine , stock motor and speed controller.
401 with a 3154, and a couple of little mods, Radix and SAB mains and an EVO 25c 2100 pack.
The tail is rock solid, this thing has balistic performance for a solid 6 min. take your time adjusting the tail (tighten or loosen the bolts that assemble the tail components) until everything is smooth and has minimum slop, should only take 15 min or so and the results are well worth it.
The stock parts fly this little heli very nice and I haven't broken or bent anything in flight, I can't say about crashing.

I agree too with GY401 and 3154. I had this before a blade decided to split the bottom of the 3154 (Pilot error :arggg:) Servo still works but as I did read some people having serious grief toward this servo (worked always fine for me) I decided to upgrade to the S9650..
Time span depends of flying kind you do. As I do only basic FF inverted and figure eight, with 12 Teeth and Z-Power 450TH I do easily 9 or 10 minutes without hurting the 2,500 mAH batteries.
Of course for advance pilots and hard 3d I can't speak..

Thanks for the help. At least I know what the glue is for. And I knew those woodies were good, but i didn't know thay could do 2800 rpm since the align ones are only rated for 2400 rpm.
I must say that I spent a whole weekend helping my brother with his T-Rex. We took it apart and replaced all the parts with bling parts. This weekend I spent mainly on my new Mini Titan. I will choose the e325 over the T-Rex on any day. TT had really nice ideas which they built into this kit. I haven't flown it yet, but I just like it. I've read a lot of good things about this heli, so I'm pretty confident that it won't let me down.
