I have a Bergen Observer that I have been trying to get the Vibration out for some time now. I have the blades tracking as good as I can. The Main shaft looks good to. The only thing that I can think of is that my engine isn't running as smooth as it could. The heli is flying without any problems so far. When trying to take video it is un usable do to the vibration.
I'm going to re balance the blades tomorrow and see if they are ok. Anyone have any other ideas I could look for.
This is the belt driven Observer
Thanks

The vast majority of vibration related problems can be traced back to engine tuning.
If everything else is balanced and true, then it's a matter of loading the head and the engine properly for the smoothest possible setup.
It may be worth a trip to the shop to show you what I mean.

How much is the average charge to look over the Heli? I would love to make a trip up there some time. I have to get my wallet ready to loss some weight.

Have you tried various head speeds to see if she'll smooth out better?
I found that at 1550 my Observer EB calms down quite a bit, and the fuel tank looks like an aquarium.
If it's not your engine, it could be the belt drive resonating at certain RPMs.
If its a low-freq vibe, double check your paddle alignment.
