Hello @ all,

I'm not sure were to post in electric heli or here, I think may better
here.
I'm going (actually I doing it right now) to build a Lama SA 315-B
(30er, Scale) and I like to ask if your guys have some tips or
suggestions of what I should take care (or only build it according to
the manual?).
I power it with a electric conversion set:

One question about this. How easy should the main-gear wheel turn? I
build a T-Rex 450 according to Finless Bob videos and there the wheel
turn very easy on the Lama it goes very hard.

Hope someone can help me (out) a little bit.

Best regards

Hi,
next question: Can I put 600mm carbon blades instead of the 550 wooden blades on the Lama?
That are so only one's I can buy local here.
And if yes what would be the different in flying? More difficult or more stable?

Thanks

Stay with the 550. In fact, buy the tree bladed head. It's a crime to make it fly with just 2. Hirobo is making a fiber set of blades for this head. You can see mine, that i had to sell :( , here:

Main gear should be reasonnably free. But how to explain that by typing it...

It's a very nice heli. I'm really sad now that he is not anymore with me. I hould have kept it. It was fully painted and was very reliable. Never a problem (should be a male then  ).
