mounting 401 upside down

I have mounted my 401 gyro upside down using RDLohr's gyro plate on my trex se. now the tail is acting funny.
Do i have to change somethig on the gyro?

On the gyro, switch the reverse switch to the opposite direction of what it was when upright.
