Finally!
After one setback after another and countless 5 minute jobs turning into all day headaches. :arggg:
The 500e flies. :D
I had to dodge thunderstorms and wait for the winds to calm down but I was determined that today was the DAY.
As you can see I dremeled the top off and will have the top part bolt on.
I decided piece of mind was more important to me than scale. That flybar was just to close for me.
And yeah I know the tail fin is upside down but the other way the blades can hit and with my luck I did not want any surprises.
I will eventually turn it around and add the wire.
Just wanted to vent some nervous tension mixed with a smile.
Now its time to drink heavily :guzzle which I have gotten alot of practice doing during this project.
