gws slow stick pushrod setup

ok so i picked one up awhile back and just got a ar6000 rx for it. ive got one push rod setup but when i move the servo arm, it will move the push rod full travel to the rear but once it gets 3/4 of the way to the full travel to the front of the plane. the push rod just spins to let the servo move but the rudder doesnt move. this is my first time setting up a plank. i could use any and all help.. i dont know if this info helps but its the smaller slow stick...i think.. the setup is

park 370 brushless with 20amp esc
eflite servos
ar6000 rx
eflite 800mah 3s lipo...
